Laura — I think you’ve talked about this before and I connected with what you say especially 7, 8 & 9. Well, really about everything in this post. Thanks for sharing your wisdom!

Thank you Laura! I just found you from Lynn Robinson’s newsletter. You are a breath of fresh air and I will be reading your posts, newsletters and articles. I have some health issues I’ve been working on for some time. It is wonderful to here that an MD has such compassion to help others heal themselves. All my best to you and yours, thank you for all you do!

Would taking Ashwagandha also help with releasing signs/symptoms? Healing love your way. thanks for your website and help.

Hi Shari! Thanks for your question! I think of Ashwagandha as supporting root chakra/adrenal issues… but there may be some use for Ashwagandha here as it helps lower and reset cortisol during times of stress. If you are feeling like you are under stress or your bio-rhythm is off or you are fatigued… it would be worth looking into. For more info (to see if root chakra issues are popping up for you) you can read a blog I wrote on root chakras right here: http://www.intuition-physician.com/3-easy-ways-to-heal-your-root-chakra/ I hope that helps! Love to you! xoxo, Laura

    Hey!
Already read this post before, but it’s so good to read it again. I’d especially like to confirm very strongly the water issue. I’ve been ignoring and neglecting all the recommendations about importance of drinking water. When I finally started to drink more water (2-3l/day) I could instantly stop taking pills for my stomach. I was so happy I could cry. Such a simple cure, so effective and I also felt better physically in general. Like a plant after a long drought finally filling up with water. I recommend to everybody. Water is a magnificent cure.
    Much love!

I forgot to mention that drinking water also helped me to open more my throat chakra, which helped me start releasing more through communication. You mentioned it in chakra food post. Made me realise how chakras are connected. Thank YOU, Laura. Your blog helped me a lot in understanding my self and my body.
        God bless you!
        Lea
