The Single Most Important Factor For Perfect Health

Do you know what it is? Is it drinking enough water each day? Is it eating only raw foods? Is it getting high quality sleep?   Nope. All of those things are amazing, of course… but here is the ONE factor that is controlling your current state of health completely: your thinking.   Don’t believe me? Think about it this way:   Your body is completely new — inside and out — every few years. All of your organs (except for one) completely regenerates, repairs, and optimizes on a continuous basis.   Some parts of your body are so fresh …

Stop Suffering… Embrace Your Adaptability

“Staying Open Minded”   There’s a lot of suffering in thinking you should know and be right and figure things out and that sort of thing. When we are out there in ego, we believe we can know and should know. When we come back to center, we realize that we don’t know and we don’t need to know. So it’s a coming back to center that has us on the right path. – Cheri Huber The brain is our knowledge power house. Thoughts On Health… Practicing what I preach

Hi my friends. Remember this video in which I discuss why symptoms and health challenges represent healing? I deeply believe this and had an opportunity to really practice what I preach recently, and I want to share that with you today. http://youtu.be/sY6FmkNc07M   For years and years I’ve struggled with my left tonsil getting chronically infected. Knowing that this was caused by an energy block in my throat chakra, I was excited to see what I could do to facilitate healing. I knew in my heart that when I healed this wound, I would be open and more free and …

Thoughts On Health… Excercise (dang!)

Oh how I have fallen. I am completely out of my exercise routine… I manage to work in an at-home 20 minute Yoga DVD about twice a week and those 40 minutes, my friend, is the total sum of my exercising attempts lately. At first I told myself it’s okay because I’m young and can get it all back. Hmmm. I think I still can but it’s going to be harder to re-capture my cardiovascular fitness now then it used to be, so instead of maintaining health I will have to re-build it. Bummer.   Then I told …
