Earthing Reduces Weight Effortlessly

As many of you know, I recently conducted a 10 week study examining the relationship between earthing and weight.   Participants were asked to touch the earth for a minimum of 15 minutes a day on a daily basis for 10 weeks, and they were followed weekly for changes in weight, mood, pain, stress level, sleep, energy level and other quality of life parameters.
