Cold Relief Kit

Posted

I recently cleaned out my bathroom cabinets, and got them stocked and ready for this fall and winter.

Fresh coconut oil for chapped winter skin, Vitamin D and fish oil and Vitamin C supplements to boost our immune system… and THESE indispensible products from Lana Bella:

My favorite soaps on earth.  I love them so much, I’ve blogged about them before.  Lots of hand washing throughout the cold and flu season is the #1 thing you can do to protect yourself from getting sick.  I believe it is more important than supplements, then a flu shot, then anything… wash wash wash your hands and then wash them again.  Afraid they’ll get chapped with all that washing?  Not if you use Lana Bella soaps, I guarantee it!

Serie Breathe Easy Balm… my secret weapon against stuffy noses this winter.  Both my kids hate the feeling of not being able to breathe through their nose when the sniffles hit… this balm uses a blend of Rosemary, Eucalyptus and Lemon essential oils to open the nasal passages, as well as coconut oil, cocoa butter and beeswax to soothe tender red skin around the nose.  Slather on freely and liberally to protect skin and relive stuffiness… safe for all ages, from baby to adult, and free of artificial ingredients and *no petroleum*!!!

My fall/winter cold survival kit is a bar of Lana Bella Soap, a tin of Serie Breathe Easy Salve, and a lip balm (lots of fabbo flavors in Lana Bella’s shop, the Miami Mojito Lip Balm is my fav!)

I can’t think of a better, healthier, or more thoughtful holiday gift set for stocking stuffers, hostess gifts, friends and loved ones.

Check out her shop here… and guess what?  Use coupon code HEARTSONG and my readers snag and extra 15% off of their order.
