Just popping by today quickly to say happiest of holidays to every single one of you today, to your loved ones, your friends, your family, your soul connections, your acquaintances, your loves.

((((XOXOXOXO))))

Love to you each.

I also wanted to invite you to join me in releasing your ties to 2014 as the year draws to a close…

…as beautiful and as magical and as life changing and as painful and as heavy and as light and as healing and as freeing and as trivial as important and as boring and as majestic as 2014 might have been, all rolled together…

… now is the perfect time to open to the possibilities that 2015 may be bringing your way.

2015 is unwritten… it is aligning and formulating and adjusting and gathering energy for you as we speak.

2015 is an invitation… a jumping off point to practice free-falling into the safety net of love and interconnection that surrounds you and holds you… the one that you’ll never know is there unless you make the leap into the unknown.

Here is one little 5 minute ceremony that can help you free yourself up from the energy of the old in order to warm up for that leap into the welcoming, awaiting future:

All it is is this: write down what you are grateful for from 2014: what you are ready to release, what you wish to bid farewell to, what you are freeing your future up from… and simply light these strips of paper on fire with a candle and watch as the paper transforms to smoke… carrying your intentions out to the Universe.

You can use this ceremony to release any old thoughts, patterns or unwanted energy from 2014, as well as to welcome in your hopes, dreams and 2015 wishes…

…watching the light transform your written word into heat and light.

Just write down whatever comes, or draw a picture (when my kids were very little, they would just draw a cute little picture and have fun lighting those with the candle. No words needed.)

After the majority of paper has caught fire, just drop the remaining piece into a bowl of water to safely extinguish.

This is such a sweet, safe, fun way for children to experiment with fire — with the love and support of their family all around them as they safely reflect on the past and express their wishes for the future.

Just have a bowl of water waiting and have FUN!

I would love to know that a few of you are out there sending your 2014 farewells and your 2015 dreams into the air too, alongside us…

…all of our collective energies riding up on a wisp of smoke and disappearing into the fullness of what lies ahead.

Are any of you with me?

xoxo, Laura
